If you will be taking an extended leave of absence during your time as a PhD student in the WASP program it is important that you inform the WASP Program Office (info@wasp-sweden.org) as soon as possible.
For leave longer than six months, you have the opportunity to change your cohort to a later class. Changing cohorts will allow you to participate in WASP activities that may have been missed during the extended leave.
Guidelines for changing cohort:
- You have been absent for an period of at least 6 months.
- You submit an application for a cohort change* by filling in this form.
*The application must be submitted no later than two months after the end of the leave.
