Our mission is to give a professional and efficient administrative support for the WASP management, researchers and doctoral students that are active in the WASP program. The WASP Program Office is located at Linköping University.

The Graduate School Management Group (GSM) is overall responsible for coordination of the WASP Graduate School. This includes regulations and procedures for courses and activities. They also handle deviations and exceptions from the study plan set forth by WASP.

The Arena Management Group (AMG) is responsible for preparing proposals, budget allocation and follow-up on results as well as supporting ongoing projects relating to the WASP Research Arenas (WARA).

The International Management and Affiliations Group (IMAG) is responsible for international contacts and collaborations. Many universities and laboratories are part of the WASP international network, which is manifested for example in common projects, student exchanges, study visits and a postdoc program.

The student council is composed by students from all the WASP universities. They represent all WASP PhD students and can raise questions of importance for the students. Also, the student council assists the decision-making bodies in WASP as a referral body giving the PhD students’ view on different matters.
