You have received an invitation to your email with a link to the registration.
Participation at the Winter Conference is mandatory for WASP PhD students. Exceptions must be approved by the supervisor.
Cancel your participation
If you need to cancel your participation, it is important that you contact us by December 20th at the latest to avoid food waste. Send an e-mail to wasp.event@partner.liu.se.
Venue
The WASP Winter Conference 2024 will take place at Louis de Geer Konsert & Kongress, Norrköping and in the adjacent buildings Flygeln and Värmekyrkan.
For participants who have registered for the dinner and dome show on January 9 (pre-conference), this will take place at Visualiseringscenter C at Kungsgatan 54.
Accomodation and travel
All participants are responsible for arranging their accommodation and travel. Make sure to book your accommodation well in advance of the conference, due to the relatively low number of available hotels in Norrköping. A list of hotels can be found at the Visit Norrköping website.
