During the main conference January 10, all WASP PhD students in their second year and above present a poster of their research.

The poster exhibition will be open during two sessions at Värmekyrkan.

In the poster catalogue you can search for specific authors and filter on the different research areas. Each poster is marked with an ID that indicates in which session (S1 or S2) the poster is presented, followed by in which of the exhibition areas (A-D) and at what specific location in the display area they are found.

Instructions for poster exhibitors

  • Submit your poster online for the digital poster catalogue. Please see the deadlines and submission links below.
  • Name your poster file: [First name, surname]
  • Bring your printed poster to the conference, it should be handed in upon registration.

On Monday, January 8th, you will receive details about your poster session and poster ID. Please label your poster tube with the ID for proper placement in the exhibition area. A designated poster drop-off area will be located near the registration desk at the conference venue.

Exceptions to present a poster (for PhD students in their second year or above) must be approved by your supervisor.

Best Poster Award

PhD students that started during 2020 are eligible to participate. Contesting posters must be submitted by December 15 at the latest.

A poster committee evaluates all contesting posters based on the design of the poster and clarity of scientific message.

Three Best Poster Award winners will be announced on January 11.
