During the main conference January 15, all WASP PhD students in their second year and above present a poster of their research.

The poster exhibition will be open during two sessions. PhD students are responsible to hang their own posters.

Exceptions to present a poster (for PhD students in their second year or above) must be approved by your supervisor.

Please see the poster catalogue here (opens in new tab): Poster Catalogue 2025

In the poster catalogue you can search for specific authors and filter on the different research areas.

Each poster is assigned an ID that indicates:

  1. The venue (T = Trozelligalleriet, F = Flygeln)
  2. The session (S1 or S2)
  3. The exhibition section (A–S)
  4. Your position within the section (1–X).

Example:
FS2M4 = Venue: Flygeln / Session: 2 / Section: M / Position: 4
