After the fulfilment of a funded position in WASP, you have obtained skills, experience and a professional network preparing you well for an exciting career. However, you can still be part of the WASP Community through the WASP Alumni network.
WASP Alumni is the network for former PhD students of WASP. As a WASP Alumnus you will be part of a targeted professional network and stay in touch with your former fellow students and colleagues. Also, you will get to know coming generations of talented researchers from the WASP program. Members of WASP Alumni will receive the WASP Newsletter and be invited to internal and external WASP events such as WASP4ALL, and the Industry Meeting, where Swedish industry and academy meet to discuss ongoing and future research within the WASP topics. In connection to some events, networking meetings for the WASP Alumni will be arranged.
Our alumni are an important part of the WASP Community, in the roles as ambassadors and as advisors. We hope that you will extend our network, help us in attracting new recruitments on all levels and guide our work to continuously improve the WASP Program. We welcome you as presenters on our events and to collaborate in various ways in future research efforts within WASP. Also, we encourage your initiatives for Alumni activities – please approach us with any idea and let us see how we can support you.
