Registration
The registration opened during week 46. You have recieved an invitation to your email with a link to the registration.
Participation at the Winter conference is mandatory for WASP PhD students. Exceptions must be approved by the supervisor.
Cancel your participation
If you have registered but can’t attend the Winter conference, you need to unregister in order to reduce food waste. In that case, send an e-mail to <wasp@eventreg.se>.
Last day to unregister without any cancellation fee is December 20. If you unregister later than this date or don’t show up without a valid reason (ie sudden illness, unforeseen event), you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Venue
The WASP Winter Conference 2023 will take place at Louis de Geer Konsert & Kongress, Norrköping and in their adjacent building Flygeln. Flygeln has its own entrance but is also accessed through the Louis de Geer main buildning.
For participants who have registered for the dinner and dome show on January 10, this will take place at Visualisation Center C at Kungsgatan 54.
Accomodation and travels
All participants are responsible for arranging their accommodation and travels. Make sure to book your accommodation well in advance of the conference, due to the relatively low number of available hotels in Norrköping. A list of hotels can be found at the Visit Norrköping website.
