During the main conference January 11-12, all WASP PhD students in their second year and above present a poster of their research. We expect over 300 posters to be exhibited this year!
The poster exhibition will be open during three sessions. Please see the poster presentation schedule to know when to present or when to meet the presenters.
Instructions for poster exhibitors
- WASP provides poster templates in PowerPoint and LaTex.
- Format A1 Portait
- Submit your poster online for the digital poster catalogue. Please see deadlines and submission links below.
- Name your poster file: [First name, surname]
- Bring a printed poster to the conference.
Information on what time to hang your poster and in which session you will present will be communicated ahead of the conference.
Exceptions to present a poster (for PhD students in their second year or above) must be approved by your supervisor.
Best Poster Award
PhD students from the most senior batches (started before 2020) are eligible to participate and contesting posters must be submitted by December 16 at the latest.
A poster committee evaluates all contesting posters based on the design of the poster and clarity of scientific message.
Three winners of the Best Poster Awards will be announced on January 12.
