WASP’s Research Arena, WARA AI-TRICS, is launching its first Open Challenge, inviting PhD students and postdocs to develop and test new time series methods in finance, telecom systems, and industrial machine monitoring.
With case studies from SEB, Ericsson, and IPercept, the challenge aims to advance time series research and build a research community. Participants will have access to compute resources through WARA AI-TRICS.
Participating teams, with a recommended size of 4 to 6 people, will develop and submit their solutions by February 28, 2027.
Recommended date to register your team: November 1, 2026. Registration will remain open after this date, but access to compute resources cannot be guaranteed for teams registering later.
Submission deadline: February 28, 2027, at 23:59.
