Delegation gathered at Cranfield Aviation Research and Technology Centre

Robotics, aircraft integration research and how software led to a lockdown. All of this and much more were included on the agenda when 50 PhD students spent a packed and memorable week in the UK.

The trip took place mid-October and included visits to Kings College London, Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College London, and Cranfield University. In addition to this the delegation was introduced to the companies ARM and Astra Zeneca. Last but not least the students engaged in poster sessions and social activities aimed to further increase exchange opportunities with UK counterparts.

The organizers would like to express their appreciation to all participants joining us on this trip. We hope you returned home with your luggage filled with new ideas and inspiration. If you have thoughts on how to follow up on the contacts established, let us know and we will be happy to assist.
