On-site

The poster exhibition will take place in Conventum Arena, entrance from Conventum Congress.

Hanging of posters is open 8:30-9:30, January 14. Time for take-down is between 17:00-18:00 the same day.

It will not be possible to hang a poster if you have not registered as a poster presenter when you registered for the conference.

Each poster will be assigned an ID-number that tells which spot you have in the exhibition area and during which of the two sessions you should present your poster (xxxS1 or xxxS2). You will find your ID-number in the poster schedule which will be shared before the conference starts. The ID-number will also be shown in the poster catalog.

Please make sure to mark your poster tube with your name and poster-ID. Any posters that were not collected during take-down hours can be retrieved by the registration desk on January 15.

Best Poster Award

PhD students that were admitted to the WASP Graduate School during 2022 are eligible to participate in the best poster competition. Contesting posters must be submitted by December 14 at the latest.

A poster committee evaluates all contesting posters based on the design of the poster and clarity of scientific message.

Up to three Best Poster Award winners will be announced on January 15.
