Thank you for being part of the program at the WASP Winter Conference 2025 in Norrköping. This is our largest internal event of the year within the WASP Community and we are expecting around 500-600 participants. Below you will find practical information for you as a speaker or exhibitor.
Please note: All participants are responsible for arranging their accommodation and travel.
Practical information to speakers
Venue
The conference will take place at Louis de Geer Konsert & Kongress, situated at Dalsgatan 15 in Norrköping: Louis De Geer
The first row in plenum will be reserved for speakers.
Program for January 15 and 16
January 15: Registration opens at 08.30 in Foajén in De Geerhallen. The plenary session commences at 10:00.
January 16: Registration opens at 8:30 in Foajén in De Geerhallen and plenary session commences at 9:00.
You will receive the exact time for your speaking slot by email.
We will photograph during the event, please let us know if you do not want to be photographed.
Technical test
Before your presentation, we will conduct a technical test, which means you need to be on site early in the morning on the day you are scheduled to give your presentation. We will provide you with the exact time for the technical test later on.
Technical equipment
The available technical equipment include computer, projector screen, headsets, clicker and audio for PowerPoint-presentations. Any other specific requests should be communicated in advance, please contact: wasp@bangagency.com.
PowerPoint slides
Please send your PowerPoint presentation to wasp@bangagency.com no later than January 7th. A WASP PowerPoint template for your presentation is found here. It is not possible to show Keynote or PDF so please use the PowerPoint template.
All presentations will be gathered in one master presentation so please respect the deadlines and avoid late changes. If you have any special fonts, please send those together with the presentation.
If the file size of your presentation exceeds the limit for email attachments, you can utilize a file transfer service, such as wetransfer.com.
Inform us in advance if your presentation includes video or music, so we can ensure smooth playback.
There will not be any computer on stage, so make sure you have speaker notes printed if you need.
Practical information to exhibitors
Practical equipment
All exhibitors will be assigned individual spaces, each equipped with a standing table, a conference table and a screen (55”). The booth will be equipped with 220V electricity and WiFi.
Preparation
The time slots to set up and pack up your booth on the 15th of January:
- Set up of booth: between 8:30 and 9:30
- Pack up booth after exbitition: between 17:30-19:00
