Join us on September 19th at 13:00–15:00, for an engaging event on Diversity and Inclusion in Academia, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities of relocating to Sweden to pursue an academic career and navigating academic career development in the Swedish landscape.
This online event, organized by WASP Diversity and Inclusion Group (DIG), will feature panel discussions with several experienced professionals sharing their journeys and insights.
Target groups for this workshop:
– International faculty and PhD students who are pursuing or wish to pursue an academic career in Sweden
– academic leaders at any level who want to make their organizations more friendly to those from abroad
The panel discussion will address barriers and mitigation strategies regarding inclusion of international recruits, based on the panelists own relocation and leadership experiences.
