We are approaching the most appreciated event of the year – the WASP Winter Conference. Finally, it is time to register!
Registration open
An invitation was sent out to the WASP community via email on November 17. The registration is open until December 10.
You’ll find the registration link at the conference website.
Attendance at the main conference is mandatory for all PhD students; any exception must be approved by your supervisor.
Posters – updated procedure
Posters must be sent in as pdf by December 14, 23:59, at the latest. Both contesting and non-contesting posters have the same deadline.
It is mandatory for PhD students in their second year and above to present a poster. First-year students should not present a poster.
Program
The program is now published on the website.
Travel and accommodation
All participants are responsible for arranging their own transport and accommodation.
Dates
📅 January 13 Pre-conference: Introduction to WASP for new PhD students who joined the program after the Winter Conference January 2025.
📅 January 14-15 Main conference: Open to everybody in WASP and WASP alumni.
