Are you an international academin in Sweden? You are invited to participate in a research study as an international academic in Sweden. The study aims to enhance understanding of the experiences of international academics who moved to Sweden to work at a Swedish Higher Education Institution within the STEM disciplines.
- Participants must have applied for a residence permit, for the first time, as a result of being hired as a post-doc, researcher, or senior lecturer within a STEM discipline.
- Participants must have completed their PhD before moving to Sweden to meet the study criteria.
- Both international academics who remained in Sweden as well as those who left the country will be interviewed.
