Launching WASP Distinguished Guest Professors Program

WASP is now creating the opportunity for internationally leading scientist to spend time in a WASP environment as distinguished guest professor. The initiative aims at top level researchers who can contribute to the continued success of WASP by collaborating with existing research groups and add complimentary research perspectives on the WASP core areas in AI, Autonomous Systems and Software.

In addition to attracting strategic research expertise to Sweden, the initiative will also contribute to the visibility of the WASP program both nationally and internationally.

Two WASP Distinguished Guest Professors will be appointed each year. Nomination of candidates are conducted by the University Representative Group and prioritized by the Research Management Group. The decisions on appointments are taken by the WASP Board.
