Study Trip to England
Welcome to join our trip to the UK for a week full of exciting study trips to prominent academic institutions as well as ground-breaking software companies.
We use London as a base and from there visit places such as University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, King’s College London, ARM and Astra Zeneca.
The program will start in London in the morning of Monday (October 10th) and conclude late in the evening on Friday (October 14th). Proposed departure date from London is therefore October 15.
You book your travel tickets by yourselves. WASP Program Office book hotel rooms for the whole delegation.
We have rooms (for single use) reserved at Mercure London Hyde Park and Mercure London Paddington between October 9-15.

Precautions covid-19
Precautions and preparations with regards to covid-19:
- Each individual is responsible for making sure that they only travel without symptoms of covid-19.
- In case you fall ill during the trip you may need to cancel your participation and change your travel plans with short notice. WASP Program Office will not be able to guarantee assistance in this case.
- When travelling with WASP, you are covered by your employer’s travel insurance. Carefully check your insurance conditions before departure.
- Stay at home and avoid close contact with others if you are ill or have symptoms. This also applies if you have taken a self-test that was negative.
